欢迎使用消行风暴 Clearstorm（clearstorm.skhe.net，以下称「本服务」）。本服务由 Shuankang He（个人开发者）（以下称「我们」）运营。使用本服务即表示你同意本条款。
1. 本服务
本服务是一款免费的网页多人方块游戏。部分功能（会员订阅以及以后可能推出的 AI 点数）需要付费，具体内容和价格见价格页。
2. 账号
不登录也可以游玩。注册账号需要提供有效邮箱，你需要妥善保管登录方式，并对账号下的行为负责。用户名不得冒充他人、含有违法或冒犯性内容。
3. 付款与记录卖家
我们的订单流程由在线经销商 Paddle.com 处理。Paddle.com 是所有订单的记录卖家（Merchant of Record），负责收款、开具收据、计算和缴纳销售税，并处理与订单有关的客户服务和退款。购买时你同时与 Paddle 订立购买条款（Paddle 买家条款）。
4. 订阅
会员按月或按年自动续费，直到你取消。你可以随时通过 Paddle 发来的收据邮件中的链接或 paddle.net 管理或取消订阅；取消后当前已付周期结束前仍可使用会员权益。价格变动会在下一次续费前通知你。

6. 使用规则
你不得：使用外挂、修改客户端或自动化脚本获取不公平优势（游戏内提供的「托管」功能除外）；攻击、干扰或过度占用服务器；骚扰其他玩家；利用本服务从事违法活动。违反规则的账号可能被限制或封禁；因严重违规被封禁的，未使用的付费权益不予退还，法律另有规定的除外。
7. 未成年人
未满 18 周岁的用户应在监护人同意和指导下使用本服务，付费前必须取得监护人同意。
8. 服务变更与免责
本服务按「现状」提供。我们会尽力保持稳定，但不保证不中断或无错误，可能调整、增加或下线功能。付费会员期内如下线会员权益，我们会提供合理替代或按比例退款。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对间接损失不承担责任，对任何索赔的责任上限为你在过去 12 个月内为本服务支付的金额。
9. 条款变更
我们可能更新本条款，重大变更会在网站上提前公告。变更后继续使用即表示接受新条款。

Terms of Service
Clearstorm (clearstorm.skhe.net, the "Service") is operated by Shuankang He (individual developer) ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
The Service is a free-to-play multiplayer block puzzle game in the browser. Some features (a membership subscription, and possibly AI credits later) are paid; see the Pricing page.
2. Accounts
You can play without an account. To register you need a valid e-mail address. Keep your sign-in method safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Usernames must not impersonate others or be unlawful or offensive.
3. Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
4. Subscriptions
Memberships renew automatically every month or year until cancelled. You can manage or cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net; you keep member benefits until the end of the period you paid for. We will tell you about price changes before your next renewal.

6. Acceptable use
Do not use cheats, modified clients or automation to gain an unfair advantage (the in-game Autopilot feature excepted); do not attack, disrupt or overload the servers; do not harass other players; do not use the Service for anything unlawful. We may restrict or close accounts that break these rules; where an account is closed for a serious breach, unused paid benefits are not refunded unless the law requires otherwise.
7. Minors
Users under 18 should use the Service with a parent or guardian's consent and need that consent before making any purchase.
8. Changes to the Service; liability
The Service is provided "as is". We try to keep it running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, add or remove features. If we remove a member benefit during a paid period, we will offer a reasonable alternative or a pro-rata refund. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the Service in the previous 12 months.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will announce significant changes on the site in advance. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
