隐私政策
本政策说明 Shuankang He（个人开发者）（「我们」）在运营消行风暴 Clearstorm 时如何处理你的个人信息。我们只收集游戏运行所需的数据，不投放广告，不出售个人信息。
我们收集什么
- 不登录游玩：你填的昵称；为了联机和防滥用，服务器会短暂处理你的 IP 地址和对局中的游戏数据。设置（主题、音效、托管速度等）只存在你的浏览器本地存储里。
- 注册账号：邮箱、用户名、密码（只保存加盐哈希）、如使用 Google 登录则保存 Google 账号标识；登录会话 Cookie；账号下的对局记录和每日托管用量。
- 付费：由 Paddle 处理，我们收不到你的银行卡号；Paddle 会告诉我们订单号、订阅状态、金额、国家和与你账号对应的邮箱。
- 语音/视频聊天：默认关闭；开启后音视频实时转发给同房间玩家，我们不录音、不录像。
- 人机验证：发送登录验证码前使用 Cloudflare Turnstile。
为什么使用
提供游戏和账号功能、保存战绩、计算免费额度和会员权益、防止作弊和滥用、处理付款和客服、在你要求时联系你。
与谁共享
只与为我们提供服务的处理方共享：Cloudflare（托管、数据存储、Turnstile、AI 推理和音视频转发）、Resend（发送登录邮件）、Google（仅在你选择 Google 登录时）、Paddle（付款、收据、税务和退款）。这些服务可能在你所在国家/地区以外处理数据。法律要求时我们也可能披露信息。
保存多久
账号数据保存到你删除账号为止；每个账号最多保留最近 1000 局记录；每日用量记录保留 90 天；付款记录按税务法律要求由 Paddle 和我们保存。
Cookie
我们只使用一个登录会话 Cookie（teris_session）和 Google 登录时短暂使用的安全 Cookie，不使用广告或跨站追踪 Cookie。
你的权利
你可以在「我的账号」里修改用户名和密码，或发邮件到 support@skhe.net 要求查看、导出、更正或删除你的数据。我们会在 30 天内答复。
未成年人
本服务不面向 13 岁以下儿童收集信息。如发现误收了儿童信息，请联系我们删除。
变更
本政策更新时会修改上方的生效日期，重大变更会在网站上公告。
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Shuankang He (individual developer) ("we") handles personal data when running Clearstorm. We only collect what the game needs, show no ads and never sell personal data.
What we collect
- Playing without an account: the nickname you enter; to run online matches and prevent abuse, the server briefly processes your IP address and in-match game data. Settings (theme, sound, Autopilot speed) stay in your browser's local storage.
- With an account: e-mail address, username, password (stored only as a salted hash), your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google, a session cookie, your match history and daily Autopilot usage.
- Payments: handled by Paddle; we never see your card number. Paddle tells us the order ID, subscription status, amount, country and the e-mail linked to your account.
- Voice/video chat: off by default; when on, audio and video are relayed live to players in the same room and are not recorded.
- Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile runs before we e-mail a sign-in code.
Why
To run the game and accounts, save match history, apply free allowances and member benefits, prevent cheating and abuse, handle payments and support, and contact you when you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only service providers working for us: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, Turnstile, AI inference, voice/video relay), Resend (sign-in e-mails), Google (only if you choose Google sign-in) and Paddle (payments, receipts, tax and refunds). They may process data outside your country. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account data until you delete your account; up to your latest 1000 matches per account; daily usage records for 90 days; payment records as tax law requires, kept by Paddle and by us.
Cookies
One session cookie (teris_session) and short-lived security cookies during Google sign-in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
Change your username and password under My account, or e-mail support@skhe.net to access, export, correct or delete your data. We reply within 30 days.
Children
The Service does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We update the effective date above when this policy changes and announce significant changes on the site.
